we've been having lots of {damp} fun in this 'ere part of the world......
we went camping with our home-ed group last weekend to the Forest of Dean......
glorious it was....... the company that is, not the weather
{though the sun did put his hat on briefly on a couple of occasions......}
here was my little corner of the camp..... complete with jolly bunting to lift our spirits.....
and the two lovely souls I got to share the little tent with.......

on to crafty news.......
i've sold a few 'bits & bobs' in the delightful little shop here in wells
that stock my 'handmades' .....

what joy it is to go in and be told that you are the joint
highest seller of handmade 'bits & bobs' this month...... woohoo!
it took me more than a month of 'ummm-ing'
and 'ahhhhh-ing' to even go into the shop and ask if she would like to
put my creations upon her yummy shelves, but i'm oh so glad i did because it makes
me feel very smiley knowing that people like my stuff enough to part with their
hard earned pennies for it and take it home to

love or gift....... how cool is that?
so i've been making more 'bits & bobs' with which to fill up the little
spaces left in the 'lost and found' shop {for that is its name.....}

lots of little clip purses {like the ones in the photo below}.......
little felt keyrings {with a doggie theme}.......

more snappy coin purses {the initial batch of which have all sold!!}.......
and a couple of other treasures
which have emerged from my sewing machine......
in between times i've been having a little butchers at this magazine
which popped through my letterbox the other day.......
i've been going a little bonkers with the special offers on magazines that have
been flooding through my letterbox lately and i signed
up for 3 copies of homes and antiques for a mere 3 quid.......
my first copy is already setting my heart pitter-pattering as it is a vintage special.......
