the summer hols have a way of whizzing by at lightning speed.....
one minute Brian is finishing off his term in school and looking
forward to 8 weeks of freedom......
and the next minute we're almost at the final couple of weeks.....
but, oh, i have enjoyed just lazing around.....
sharing days out.....
making a few little bits and bobs here and there.....
it's been lots of fun......
evie commandeered the kitchen table to do some
papier mache 'creating'......
i've enjoyed doing some baking......
banana muffins for breakfast are sooooo good.....
i've been appreciating the {very few} sweetpeas that my
tiny little plants have been giving me.....
we've been enjoying having two little additions to the household......
cyril and bertie......
i always enjoy finding little handmade {by evie} treasures.......
she knows just what the fairies need......
and how's this for a birthday present?
evie's cousin, erin, made this as a gift for evie's birthday......
it's a sweetie tree.....
it was awesome!
however, there are still two weeks of summer vacation to enjoy......
and enjoy it, we shall......
