beaded jewellery.....

I was inspired by my sister {as I so often am}

 by a necklace she had made and so decided to make this one for myself.....

the principle is to bead a very random collection of buttons 

and beads onto an 18" silver belcher chain.....

I decided to make a bracelet too.

 however you have to remember that because the beading

 and wiring process makes the chain shorter than it starts

 out you need a long bracelet {or ankle chain}

 or you need to add some jump rings on as you come

 to the end of the bracelet to give it added length.....

I stuck to a blue/frosted/clear theme for this one

 but still used a combination of beads and buttons

 and tried to be random about the style and size of the

 buttons and beads.....

LOVE this look....
