oh, what a jolly two weeks I've had.....
not a huge amount of crafting has been going on since I arrived 'up north'......
a new wooly hat is almost finished though as I felt I needed to mark the snowy landscape with something warm on my bonce, and lots of sleeping {and not sleeping} at odd times has been done.....
it's been jolly nice to spend time chit chatting to my lovelies and to catch up with good friends......
seems like I've only been away on a short holiday, not for two and a half years......
love that about good friendships.....
I shall keep you updated with my crafty goings on from this side of the world.....
though as it is Christmas, some of my crafty adventures must remain a
secret until after 'the big day' itself......
well, better get back to the coffee drinking and chit chatting......
isn't this stocking adoreable? my sister made it for her 'new' granddaughter......
just perfect for Santa to put some special little gifts in.....
some 'secret' sewing.........
thanks to my sister-in-law who crocheted these sweet little flowers....
they are a perfect addition.......
I've put some photos of our winter landscape over on
the other blog if you would like to see what it's been like so far......
it hasn't really got above zero degrees where we are yet,
but that feels just right for this time of year.......
