a couple of days ago I took this photo of my sisters house
where we are staying for the Christmas holidays.......
this morning I took this one.......
the view from my bedroom window makes it look like a winter wonderland around here.....
the only problem is we were meant to pick Brian up from the airport today.....
a 7 hour round trip for us normally.....
but our little zoom-zoom car didn't even make it half way up the hill out of the
village before losing traction and having to be towed the rest of the way up to the
top of the hill by a very nice man in a 4WD with a tow rope.....
guess we will just have to snuggle down infront of the fire and
drink coffee and eat cake instead.......

Sigh............it's raining here..again...sigh..!! It looks like perfect Christmas weather Deb, I'm turning a peculiar shade of green as I write this. Have a fabulous family Christmas and think of us here in rainy Ballarat as we puddle around in the mud...

Oh Deb, it's like a movie - what beautiful pictures - can't believe that is really somewhere where my friend is hanging out!! Finished school yesterday and have just had a massive sleep in listening to the Garden Show. I am officially ON HOLIDAYS! Lizzie is right though, the weather - summer weather - is foul. Overcast and cold, but I don't care - did I mention I'm on holidays???
Oh how I wish I was there!!!!!
