not too shabby for a holiday snapshot eh?
we had a splendiferous holiday with so
many good bits I couldn't count them all....
I will, no doubt, recount more of the happy
moments over on the other blog,
IF I can get the blog to play nicely that is......
you see, I'm having a humdinger of a time
trying to do blog posts at the moment......
I would love to tell you about the little bits of sewing
I've been fiddling around with......
like the jacket for this little cutie which
helped to keep me fuelled during our
trip....
she was purchased from the op shop the day before
the holiday began but was minus her handle -
probably the reason for her being in the
op shop in the first place - so the little
jacket worked a treat for keeping the contents
toasty warm and saving me from burning my hands...
made from scraps of 'this and that' and
did a sterling job....
*********
I'd like to tell you about finished projects.....
like my little apple bag.....
that is perfect for Calvin and Hobbes books
since I don't have my little apple yet....
and about my cosy hexie blanket which got a bit of lovin'
attention during the holiday drive....
BUT........
every time I try to upload photos I get weird
Andy Warhol looking things and, try as I might,
I cannot stop it happening.....
I am a little dismayed as I am a complete
computer klutz and don't know how
to fix it......
any advice for how to solve this problem
would be greatly appreciated,
but in the meantime I will
just have to post what I can when the
computer decides to play along
{like the handful of photos on this post -
there were others I wanted to show you but
they were all Andy Warhol-ish}.....
not the look I was aiming for....
still it is good to be back and able
to catch up with all the 'goings-on'
in bloggy land.....
happy day to you all.....

Ooh, you're back - and to winter, brr. From the look of those pics, you had a fabulous - and productive - time away. When are you off on your BIG trip, Deborah? Make sure you leave time for a coffee with the crafty girls before you go!
Hello! I love your little apple bag! It's so nice! A great idea!
