happiest of new years to you......

knitting and op-shopping 

{or maybe I should call it charity shopping now that I am back in the UK....... 

nah, I like the name 'op-shop'.......I shall stick with it I think}......

I've done quite a bit of both over the holidays.....

I've found some treasures in the op-shops for us to take with us to our new home

and I've knitted one or two pieces for some of the treasured people in my life......

it's been a fine holiday with lots of love and laughter shared with special people

and I've enjoyed it tremendously......

now on to a new year, a new home, a new job {for the other half} and

a new school year for the kiddos and me......

hopefully there will be some crafting thrown in the mix too at some point

when my ship comes in.......
