some good book show and tell.......

here's a couple of new books which have landed in our house recently......

both bought with evie in mind......

this book, the missing materpieces, opens out {concertina style} to become a 40ft long 

display with 'frames' on each page that you can do your own little masterpieces in..... 

{find it here..... although, if you live in the uk you can buy it even cheaper

from the book people instead}

some pages just have one frame per page.......

others have two or three.....

and some of them have people admiring the works of art.......

the paper is good quality and would cope with pencils through to watercolours......

the second book i purchased is this one by jane bull called stitch by stitch........

{again this one can be bought from the book people for a bargain price.....}

 

i bought evie one of jane bull's books called made by me 

a couple of years ago now and she LOVED that one, 

so i am pretty sure she will enjoy this one just as much.....

this has lots of fab little projects in it which will keep evie occupied for

quite some time.........

from crocheted owls and knitted roses........

to 'dude dolls' and sewing accessories.......

oh yes, i think she is going to enjoy these books......

{and i think i shall enjoy them along with her too.......}
