I've had such lot of fun lately combining a couple of my favourite things........
little people and vintage fabric......
well, that is, making things for little people using vintage fabrics....
enjoying the combination and the results......
reversible pinafores..... yum, yum.....
I find making little-ish clothes really satisfying.....
and those vintage florals...... they make my heart smile......
another thing that made me smile was stitching this little hexagon flower.....
I just realised, looking at this photo, that it looks quite a big flower,
however the notebook that sits within the cover is only A6 in size so
it is really only quite small......
the blue outer cover is woolen felt and I teamed it with some
'vintagey' looking quilting cotton pilfered from my sister.....
now it's all ready to receive some musings or doodlings.....
and my knitting needles have been clickety-clacking,
making a teenie tiny knitted toy and some itty bitty dresses....
these will be journeying across the pond to join another little
teeny tiny friend who went to live there recently.....

I know I haven't been posting on here quite as frequently of late
but I do post little snippets most days on my happilicious
facebook page so you can pop in and visit me there if you
fancy a little bit more frequent rambliness.....
there is a handy dandy button at the top of the side bar if
you ever fancy popping in......
