I finally got round to drawing out and stitching up a little jacket for my latte cup.... just using up scraps from my scrap tub and seeing how it turned out. This is what I've got so far....
yup, this could work.... this practice one would look good on the brown latte mug.... now to do a nice pretty one for the pink mug, a little bigger perhaps.... just a couple of alterations on that design and I think it will be just right.
I also wanted to work on a simple version of a letter/art folder so I played around with an old duvet cover and a bit of my blue denium to see what I could some up with.....
Sizings are a little off but I can work on that... maybe tomorrow....
Evie is very sweet about things that I make as prototypes, she likes to feel that they have a use and so has asked to have this letter folder even though there are about a dozen changes that need to be made to make it right! I guess I'd better sew a button on it.....
