Back to reality.......

it doesn't seem like two minutes since I was admiring my very ready-to-be-creative-on table....

but the holidays are over.......

I had a lot of fun..... very, very lazy fun.....

I did manage to feed the family each day so it wasn't quite as lazy as it could have been...... but boy, oh, boy I was LAZY (I wallowed in laziness let me tell you!)

The last couple of days we were at the beach where I sat (in a very lazy fashion) in the sun for a couple of hours and crocheted my stripy blanket whilst having afternoon tea..... no surprises there.....


and Evie found a couple of heart shaped stones on the beach to add to my heart shaped stone collection..... oh yes, I REALLY do have one of those collections......


now the table is back to its usual 'covered-in-kids-school-books' state and I will have to just squeeze myself into a little corner whilst helping out with things like geometry and multiplying fractions......
