A little bag....

I saw this great pattern for a one handled bag to hang on a door handle (or cupboard handle) which you could plop all sorts of bits and bobs in and I thought to myself "ooh, what a fab idea, if I make one for each of the childrens' bedroom door handles, then when they leave things lying around I'll just pop them in the bag and they can take the bag into their room every now and again and get a jolly surprise at what's in there!" (bit like having Christmas on a regular basis I thought). So I set to and made one for Evie using a piece of the screen printed fabric that I made a couple of weeks ago. I painted a little extra colour onto my original design after printing and was really pleased with the result. True to the patterns claims it did only take about an hour to make and I made Evie's slightly bigger than the pattern suggested as she leaves loads of stuff lying around!



Next task is to make one for Isaac door too!
