I'm enjoying the easy pace of life that fills our days at the moment......
yesterday the sun shone and I crocheted.....
no, not my blanket, though I have been making some progress with that, but a little cropped cardi for evie....
she loves to wear her summer dresses all year round - and why not I say when they are so pretty - and so, having left her cardi in the USA when we visited at Christmas, she wanted me to make a new one.....
I found some white cotton yarn in the op-shop a few weeks ago and decided that it would be just right for a little short sleeve cardi which she could layer over a long sleeve t-shirt with a summer dress when the weather cools down....
she was very excited about another project being made just for her and this worked up really quickly {like, a couple of hours quickly once I had worked out my hook size and tension!}......

it's an easy to follow pattern and evie LOVE, LOVE, LOVES her new wardrobe addition.....
