my dearest blog readers.....
I am about to do something I have never.....
ever.....
done......
before......
it's not anything monumental......
or life changing.....
but for me it is...... well....... a little scary!
I know it is hard to believe that it could be scary.....
after all, what could possibly be scary in my little bubble of a world called *happilicious*?
it's just that I have a little spot inside me that wonders if the things I make are,
shall we say, a little bit not-quite-as-nice as the things I see around me....
it's not something that I spend heaps of time dwelling on but just occasionally,
and especially when I have thought of doing this in the past, this little rascal raises his head and squeals.... 'that's no good' in a loud voice......
but dear friends, I am going to press on regardless and bring you....

you see, earlier on in the week I received a darling little keyring that my dear sister
sent to me in a little brown package.....
I was smitten, let me tell you and thought how lovely it would
be to make one (or maybe a few).......
then I thought that since my sister had been so kind to me,
that I should pass that kindness forward.....
and so I had a little play and made this......
which I would love to pass forward to someone else so they can share the
'I'm-very-inexperienced-at-the-whole-free-machine-stitching-lark-but-that-kinda-
adds-to-the-'quirkiness'-of-this-piece' love.....
now, there will be no rules for this giveaway ..... I'm not a great fan of rules......
just say 'hello' in the comments section, with a way of me being able to contact you if
you are the lucky winner, and I will let the little cherub who loves to craft with me pick a
random name out of a hat...... or maybe out of my Emma Bridgewater breakfast bowl......
oooooo, that sounds better......
there, nothing too complicated......
now I just have to silence the little rascal who is squealing at the top
of his lungs that no-one will comment........
p.s. never having done this before I forgot that I should probably tell you that I will close the giveaway next Thursday night (14th)..... how does that sound? - plenty of time to get your comments in - and it doesn't matter where you live on this great big planet of ours..... I'll post it to wherever you are........
