They've been friends for a couple of years now and Evie always looks forward to the letters and photos she receives from across the ocean.....
One day she would love to meet Jane but for now she has to just satisfy herself with corresponding and sending little gifts.....
Today she desperately wanted to make something to accompany the letter she had written but it had to fall within the conditions that it fit into a business size envelope and be flat-ish...
Thinking caps on..... she's already sent a few flat-ish, business enveloped-sized gifts, so what could she make to send that was different and yet fun?
Result? A notebook of course!
Jane loves to draw and this would be a little book full of plain pages where she could draw special pictures....
Evie chose some scrapbook paper from her tub, pulled out all the alphabet stickers that she has and set to work stitching together a notebook.
(look at her, surrounded by mess - she is such a Crawford girl when it comes to crafting......)
She used the same idea as I talked about here but made the notebook A5 paper folded in half (remember this has to fit into a business size envelope) rather than A4 folded in half.
She was really happy with the finished result and I think Jane will be too....

Now, if any of you have any ideas for other little gifts that Evie could send in the future we would love to hear about them...... you can never have too many ideas I find.......
