even before I posted about it, my lovely girl Evie said to me, "mummy, that's a beautiful wall hanging". And so, I shall be keeping it all in one piece and perhaps displaying it on my wall....
in some way.....

but it will come to me......
In other news, I have been hunting the sheet sections of my local op shops looking for some vintage bed linen.
After finding my last sheet in the lovely little 'round-the-corner' place and making some lounge pants from it (and I still have a big bit left over for another creation), I was on the hunt for another one (or two.... can't have too much of a good thing I reckon...)
I found this one yesterday......
really liked it......
so brought it home with me......
I haven't shown it to Brian yet, especially after his comment about my last purchase..... I shall just make it into something lovely and he will admire it and think that I am wonderfully talented....... and he will refrain from making any comments about wearing an old bed sheet in public I'm sure.
